Restart your router
Some internet providers assign dynamic addresses. Disconnecting your router for a period and reconnecting may result in a different public IP, but it is not guaranteed.
Switch networks
Moving between home broadband, mobile data and another trusted network changes the public address used for that connection.
Use a VPN
A VPN gives your traffic the public address of its selected server while connected.
Change a private address
Your router assigns private LAN addresses to devices. Reconnecting, renewing DHCP or changing a device network configuration can change this local address without changing the public one.
