Each router device manufacturer can set different default IP gateway as a login IP for router's admin panel. Here is the list of some commonly used router default usernames and password to help yoy with logging into your router admin area. Most commonly login IP is 192.168.1.1 but if it does not work try using 192.168.0.1, 192.168.1.254 or 10.0.0.1. If all of these does not work too then look for default gateway on the back side of router's label.

If you face page loading issue, make sure you have connected your device to your router correctly. If problem presists try rebooting the router.
If all above options does not work then the only option left is resetting your router to its default settings. To do this you must find a small RESET button on the back side if your router. Press the button for a minute and the router will reboot itself with factory installed settings. The option also stands correct if you forget the username and password of the router.
