If you want to change your router settings, for example: Wifi name, password and other network related settings.
STEP 1: To configure the router or change settings, you need to log into router admin panel accessing this URL: http://192.168.1.1
STEP 2: If you have received an error, make sure that 192.168.l.l is not the IP address because it's a common misstype. Try again with correct 192.168.1.1 IP address

First of all, you would need to make sure that your router is properly connected your computer, PC pr laptop via ethernet cable or WiFi connection. Make sure your router device is powered on and WiFi lights are green.
If things still do not work, you can try rebooting the router. In most cases rebooting the device resolves the problem. Howerver, if reboot does not fix the issue, then try powering off the device and unplug cables, wait two minutes and then plug the cables and power the device again.
It is possible that firewall is enbaled and it is blocking the connection. You should disable the firewall and try connecting to your router device again
